Duties and Responsibilities: They work for healthcare administered to address the concerns and special needs of patients and families. They evaluate patient satisfactions, investigate
complements, and collect in information of dissatisfaction, they also work with
departments and try’s to solve patient’s problems, and educate staff.
Average salary: $20,000 - $40,000
Educational requirements: they need to take challenging classes in business,
science, math & English. Graduate college, and graduate college with the background
in health or social service.
