  5. Reduce STRESS >:D
What i'm going to do to keep my health in good conditions is go to cheer practice everyday. I can also do is play 30 minutes out side with my babe sister anything to keep her active as will as me. I can also limit myself in the junk food and have a good eating life style that wont put me and my family in risk <3 :)
I can reduce my stress by choosing the right with out thinking of it.
