this quote is trying to mean that words may heart people without understanding or now but when you say something the echo stands and its just waiting for you to accomplish it or to say something for what you said. For example if you have set a goal of wining a price for being loyal and you say it the echo stands and will end/go away when it is accomplished or finish. Its how they say "don't say it demonstrated".(((((;;;;;
