medical illustrator


                                         Medical Illustrator
Duties and responsibilities:  they work strictly in the medical field and create graphics for textbooks, journal’s, magazines, and educational films. There drawings span a wide range from microorganisms to body parts.

 Salary: $35,000 – $50,000

Education: they should take a college preparatory program in high school that emphasis art and science, his majority of medical illustrators have master's degrees in the field from a program that is accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs. Certification as a medical illustration required a graduate degree in medical illustration, a portfolio review, and successful of an national examination.

Reflection: do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
  I would maybe think it because it does sounds interesting and they do pay you good but, I am not that interested in that because I am not a good drawer.
